Instruments

  • B&G Zeus2 Multi-function displays

    • 7" display on both helms

    • 12" display on center console

    • All of the B&G screens are very bright and clear.  You will be amazed how good these look even in the mid-day sun!

    • All displays are configurable and can show one or more pieces of information

      • Chart plotter

      • Laylines (Tacking angles)

      • Sailsteer (all the sailing data you can possibly care about in one display)

      • And more stuff than you will ever care about

      • "Pages" can be configured and saved so you can get back to your favorite data

      • And don't worry.....  you don't have to learn all the stuff it does.  Pages have already been configured for you that you can just use

      • If you like to come prepared you can view the Zeus documentation here

      • WI-FI accessible - connect up and show any of the displays on your hand held device

        • Download the B&G GoFree app to your device

  • Forward Scanning Sonar

    • Looks ahead ~ 10x water depth

    • Displays to the Zeus multi-function displays

    • Don't guess what's up ahead!

    • Note - the depth displayed on the forward scan sonar display is off by 2 ft, i.e., when the depth is actually 10 ft the forward scan sonar indicates 8 ft.  I have tried to get this calibrated but it remains a mystery.

  • Chain counter at the helm (port side)

    • No need to shout at your mate on the bow.  You'll know how much rode you have out for the anchor

  • An additional Triton 4.1 inch display

    • Normally this is set to show depth and speed but can be changed to show any data item

  • Victron power management

    • The Victron instrument is located on the same panel with the generator controls and switch.  It has several functions you can scroll through such as

      • Current power draw (amps or watts)

      • Time to "empty" (at current draw)

      • Percent capacity left

    • This is a very handy instrument best used in the evening to determine if you have enough power to last through the night.  If not start the generator for a bit and build up an adequate charge.
