Are you looking for mini golf, go carts and t-shirt shops?  You've come to the wrong place!  Nothing like that here!  But if you are looking for information regarding the sail boat Dream Machine - you have come to the right place.

Dream Machine is a 2017 45 ft Beneteau available for bareboat charter in the BVI and USVI - the best sailing grounds on the planet.  She is conveniently located on St. Thomas minutes from the airport.  Dream Machine is managed by CYOA - a smallish charter management company that takes great care of both boats and guests.

"Dream Machine" highlights:

  • 3 Cabin 2 Heads

  • Generator and Solar panels

  • Underwater lights

  • Water maker

  • 3 Zone AC

  • Bow Thruster

  • Fridge, freezer, and microwave in galley

  • Additional fridge in cockpit

  • Nicely instrumented including forward scanning sonar

  • Dingy with Yamaha 15hp outboard (nope.. not one of those weenie 9.8 hp jobs you'll see at most charter companies)

  • Large cockpit with fold down transom and a large bimini for plenty of shade

CYOA's website gives you some information regarding the boat.  But CYOA has a fleet of charter boats.  I only have one.  So chances are that I will have a whole lot more information than what you can find on the CYOA web site.  In addition, I'll be happy to answer any question you might have as well as take any feedback you might have pre or post charter to make the experience better.  Keep in mind that I do not manage the boat directly.  But I do have contact information to both the owner and the operational staff - I will be happy to find someone to fix/help/clarify if warranted.  I can also help you through the charter process if you desire.

When my wife and I started chartering boats a few years ago we were always a bit disappointed by the lack of information.  I wasn't interested in a generic picture of a sail boat - I wanted to know what the boat I was chartering looked like and how it was configured and equipped.  Did it have a way to plug in my music?  How big is the fridge?  Did it have lighting in the cockpit or did I need to bring my own light?  Etc. etc.  Most of the time (notable exception with CYOA who can answer every one of the questions if you asked them) these questions went unanswered and it was either a pleasant surprise or a "I wish I would have known..." moment when we stepped aboard the boat we had chartered many months in advance.  If you have ever had this experience I hope this web site will clear things up for you and show you everything you ever wanted to know about bareboat yacht charter aboard Dream Machine.  And more.

This web site is dedicated to giving you information about our boat and not necessarily about the Virgin Islands.   I do include several links which will give you a wealth of information about the area.  And in some places I have not been able to resist giving you some pictures and video (still under construction).

You might consider viewing the boat's Facebook page for additional and more interactive information.  Follow the link at the top of the page.

Please explore the web site using the tabs above.  If there is something missing please send me an e-mail (see Contacts) - I welcome feedback and will be happy to make the web page more useful anyway I can.
